What is the best sheets to buy that don't wrinkle?

I've tried everything - wrinkle-free, 600 thread count and I've had no luck- any suggestions?

Cotton percale. This is the best cotton you can get.
Machine wash and air dry if possible.

flannel sheets probably won’t wrinkle bad…I don’t know, I"ve never personally had them, but I wouldn’t think they’d be as bad as cotton sheets…
Machine wash them, but air dry them.
Jersey wont wrinkle. The pure beech sheets from Bed Bath & Beyond are the best (kind of a silky satin type jersey). They are soooooo comfortable, I have used them exclusively for years.

All sheets will crease/wrinkle to a lesser or greater degree if washed in a washing machine and spun. The tumble dryer will take some creases out but if you want them to look really good you have to iron them (unfortunately).
